Dalian QianLong Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 and has passed ISO9001:2008 international quality management system approval, is a professional company engaged in underwater engineering services. The company has a separate legal personality, with a registered capital of 1 million yuan. The divers and management personnel of the company have been engaged in this industry for many years, and accumulated rich operations and management experience. Our personnel have carried out hundreds underwater construction tasks for shipping, ports, petroleum, water conservancy, electricity, bridge and other industries, having won a good reputation.
The company has established 12 branches which are separately located at Qinhuangdao, Tianjin, Yantai, Qingdao, Rizhao, Shanghai, Zhoushan, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhanjiang and etc. We have cooperating company sharing resources in qualification certificates, personnel, equipment and technology, ensure to provide timely, high quality, efficient service. Strategic cooperation team has certificate: ABS(USA), BV, CCS(China), DNV(Norway), GL(Germany), KR(Korea), LR(UK),NK(Japan), RINA(Italy), RS(Russia), totally ten classification society approval certificates.
All of sixty divers are qualified with “Diver Certificate” awarded by the Ministry of Transport of the P.R.China. Among them, 6 staff are qualified with CCS Underwater Visual Inspection Grade I certificate, 2 staff are qualified with Underwater Magnetic Particle Inspection Grade II Certificate, 2 staff are qualified with Underwater Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Grade II Certificate, 2 staff are qualified with Underwater Ray Flaw Detection Grade II Certificate and 2 staff are qualified with Underwater Welding Certificate.
The business scope of the company as following:
1.In-water Survey
With major Classification Approval, we ensure that our equipment is optimized to match the prevailing underwater conditions by using CCTV and high resolution cameras that are sensitive to low light levels, underwater inspection in lieu of dry dock, extending dock survey, underwater damage inspection.
2.Hull Cleaning
Our underwater hull cleaning hydraulic machines are the most effective means of removing marine fouling currently available.
3.Propeller Polishing
Our professionals can clean marine fouling from propeller and offer effective minor repairs affect by mechanical damage and surface erosion. We have powerful hydraulic propeller polishing brushes and polishing can reach to “A” grade after our treatment.
4.General Underwater Repair
We are experienced in projects including the underwater welding of hull cracks, underwater replace zinc anodes, eco sounder, underwater cutting, blanking sea chests grids and overboard water inlets, pier concreting, pier anti-erosion inspection etc.
The company’s diving equipment and testing equipment are all imported from USA, Japan, UK and other countries, which are at the leading level in this industry at home and abroad.
